1. Ordering Process

All orders must include accurate details such as box dimensions, quantity, materials, artwork, finishing, and other specifications. Once the customer approves a design proof, the order moves into production. After proof approval, we will begin to create your boxes and deliver them as per your unique needs.

2. Pricing & Payment

Prices quoted on our website or sent via email are estimates and are subject to confirmation in writing. We may require full or partial payment before production begins. Our payment methods will be clearly stated in your invoice or quote.

3. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times vary depending on order size, materials, and destination. Delivery dates are estimates. With us, you can enjoy free shipping for all orders with a quick turnaround time!

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Safe Refunds & Returns

Your satisfaction is important to us over anything else. So, by any chance, if you receive products that do not match your approved specifications or if a clear manufacturing error is identified, please email us at sales@weprintyourbox.com within 7 working days.

Once reviewed, we aim to resolve your issue within 3–6 business days, which may include reprinting or refunding the defective items.

Company-Related Defects

If a defect caused by our production (such as printing errors or incorrect specifications) is confirmed, we will reprint or replace your order at no extra cost. Customers must return the full order for inspection and cover the return shipping cost. Supporting documentation (photos, videos, order details) may be required.

Client Mistakes

If errors occur due to incorrect specifications, low-quality artwork, or customer-submitted mistakes, refunds will be issued after deducting printing, setup, labor, and shipping costs. We remain available to assist and guide you through the refund process.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order within 4 hours of proof approval. A cancellation fee of 5% of the order value applies. Cancellations after 4 hours but before production completion may not qualify for a full refund. If production has already started, only non-production costs may be refunded. For large orders already in production, we offer complimentary warehousing services upon request.
